Who is responsible

Enquiries and newsletter requests

When you request a demo, investor materials or a founder call, the website stores your name, email address, optional organisation and message, request type, consent confirmation and submission time. These details allow InTwinity to review and respond to your request.

Newsletter forms store your email address, signup time and consent confirmation to record your request for updates. The website does not automatically send a newsletter, book an appointment or send investor materials when you submit a form.

The forms ask for your consent before saving these details (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting jo@intwinity.ai; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Optional fields may be left blank. The required fields are needed to submit and respond to the request.

Hosting and website delivery

This website is published through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including a database for submitted enquiries. Hosting and network providers process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. The purpose is reliable and secure website operation, based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Submitted enquiries are stored in the website database and are not displayed publicly. Company personnel handling enquiries and the providers involved in storing and delivering the website may process the relevant data.

External resources and links

The main and investor pages request fonts from Google Fonts and video files from an Amazon CloudFront address. The presentation runtime also references libraries served by unpkg. Loading an external resource sends connection information, including your IP address, to its provider. These services can involve processing outside the European Economic Area.

Instagram links take you to Instagram when you choose to follow them. This website currently displays a curated local preview rather than loading the live Instagram feed.

Browser storage

The Julia page stores your animation preference in session storage under intwinity-motion so it can respect that choice during your browsing session. The website’s application code does not include an advertising or visitor-analytics tracker. Hosting services may independently handle technical cookies or connection information.

How long we keep your information

Our retention policy is to keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose described in this notice. The following limits apply to website submissions:

These periods are administered by InTwinity; the website does not currently run an automatic deletion job. The policy covers the website database and copies of submissions held by InTwinity. Provider-managed backups and technical logs have separate retention arrangements under the applicable service terms; the 12- and 24-month periods do not describe their technical retention schedules. Contact jo@intwinity.ai for information about those arrangements.

International data transfers

Hosting and website delivery can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. We do not represent that all website data stays in Spain or the EU.

OpenAI’s published ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum and business Data Processing Addendum, as applicable to the hosting account, provide for transfers of EEA data on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or a European Commission adequacy decision. These terms also address confidentiality, security, sub-processors and assistance with data-subject requests. The applicable terms govern the hosting provider’s processing of submitted information.

Cloudflare is part of the hosting infrastructure. Its published data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards including SCCs where applicable. This does not mean InTwinity has a separate direct contract with every infrastructure provider.

Requests to external resources listed above also disclose technical connection information to those providers. The hosting safeguards described here do not automatically cover those separate requests. Provider privacy information is available from Google and Amazon Web Services. For details or a copy of the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer, contact jo@intwinity.ai; confidential information may be redacted.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for consent-based processing.

Send requests to jo@intwinity.ai, preferably from the email address used for your submission. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity where necessary; please do not send identity documents unless requested. We respond without undue delay and normally within one calendar month of receiving your request. Where permitted by the GDPR, complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we will tell you within the first month and explain the reason. If an exception prevents deletion, we will explain the reason and any applicable restriction.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.

The Julia preview

The Julia page showcases an upcoming app. It currently does not accept artwork uploads, provide live AI feedback or create app accounts. This notice describes the website; the future app’s data processing will need its own information before launch.
